Sonnet Commercial is not liable for minor variations that do not materially affect product function.


3. Pricing, MAP Compliance & Promotions

3.1 Pricing

All prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.

3.2 MAP (Minimum Advertised Price)

Many products follow manufacturer MAP policies. Discounts cannot reduce pricing below MAP. If a discount violates MAP, Sonnet Commercial will adjust or remove it.

3.3 Promotions

Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.


4. Quotes, Orders & Payment Terms

4.1 Quotes

Quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated. Pricing, freight, and lead times may change after expiration.

4.2 Order Acceptance

An order is considered accepted when:

  • Payment is authorized or captured

  • A confirmation email is issued

  • Vendor fulfillment is initiated

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept:

  • Credit cards (Shopify Payments)

  • PayPal

  • Affirm financing

  • ACH (for approved trade accounts)

4.4 Commercial & Trade Orders

Trade Program orders may require:

  • Business verification

  • Tax documentation

  • Commercial delivery access


5. Shipping, Freight & Delivery

5.1 Parcel Shipping

Small items ship via UPS/FedEx. Transit times vary by region.

5.2 Freight Shipping

Freight shipments include:

  • Curbside delivery

  • Scheduled appointments

  • Palletized shipments

5.3 Accessorial Fees

Additional fees may apply for:

  • Limited access locations

  • Liftgate service

  • Inside delivery

  • Re‑delivery

  • Missed appointments

5.4 Oversize Items

6. Lead Times & Backorders

6.2 Backordered Items

Lead times are estimates provided by the manufacturer.

6.3 Made‑to‑Order Items

Lead times vary by vendor and production schedule.

Sonnet Commercial is not liable for delays caused by carriers, vendors, or supply chain disruptions.


7. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

7.1 Returns

Returns follow our Return Policy, including:

  • 30‑day window

  • Original packaging required

  • Restocking fees (15–25%)

  • Freight return requirements

7.2 Exchanges

Exchanges follow the same rules as returns.

7.3 Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours unless production or fulfillment has begun. Custom and made‑to‑order items cannot be canceled once production starts.


8. Damage, Defects & Claims

8.1 Visible Damage

Must be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.

8.2 Concealed Damage

Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

8.3 Claims Process

Customers must provide:

  • Order number

  • SKU

  • Photos/videos

  • Description of issue

Sonnet Commercial will coordinate replacement, repair, or refund based on vendor policies.


9. Warranty

Warranty coverage varies by manufacturer. Sonnet Commercial does not provide additional warranties beyond those offered by the vendor.

Warranty claims may require:

  • Photos

  • Proof of purchase

  • Description of defect

  • Vendor review


10. Limitation of Liability

Sonnet Commercial is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by carriers, vendors, or supply chain issues

  • Damages resulting from improper assembly, misuse, or installation

  • Commercial losses, business interruption, or lost profits

  • Variations in color, finish, or materials within industry tolerances

Maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
